- To reach Whispering Winds, exit I-44 at St. James, MO (exit 195). Follow Highways 8/68 through town, and then follow Highway 68 when they split. Stay on Highway 68 fo 6.4 miles to NN.

- Follow NN 3.2 miles untll the pavement ends. On Benton Creek Road, cross Benton Creek (carefully) on the slab bridge, and turn left onto Mound Ridge Road 1/10 miles past the bridge. Go 1.3 miles and you are there!

- Follow 68 North out of town, and follow the NN directions above.
